About Us

Our philosophy

Our focus is on the process. If athletes and coaches stay focused on the process rather than the outcome, then a positive outcome is inevitable. If an athlete is focused only on the outcome then a positive outcome is very much in question.

Our methodology

There are numerous effective methods of training and coach in the endurance sports world today. Our method is to find the best training style (polarized, pyramidal, threshold, block) or combination of styles, that works for the athlete and combine it with one on one communication and education.
